In the hunt for great sketch comedy London SketchFest is going back to where it all begins – the writer’s room.
For 2015 we're opening our doors to aspiring and amateur comedy writers and giving them a platform to be recognised and engage with members of the comedy industry in a new competition called Sketch Scribe.
Expect hilarious comedy in the making as our super-troupe of professional comedians tackle scripts from the minds of 10 budding young writers and perform them live in fron of a panel of industry judges.
Sketch Scribe forms part of the festival’s free programme at this year’s London Sketch Comedy Festival, taking place at The Artworks in Elephant & Castle on Friday 1st May at 7pm.
